Festival Fun with Elstree Lawn Tennis Club

The Club will be putting on three special events to encourage participation in sport for all age ranges.

Saturday 2nd July 2011
2.00pm to 4.00pm
In conjunction with the Elstree and Borehamwood Town Festival
Meadow Park Tennis Courts, Brook Road, Borehamwood
Car parking is available in Brook Road

Saturday 9th July 2011
2.00pm to 4.00pm
In conjunction with the Bushey Festival
Tennis Courts at the King George V recreation ground, Bushey
Car parking is available in King George Avenue and Chiltern Avenue

As part of both the Festivals ELTC will be taking over the tennis courts at Meadow Park and King George V recreation ground. We will run a series of fun drills, games and coaching for young participants aged 6 – 16 years old. Our fully qualified coaches will be on hand to oversee the event and club members will be present.

Adults are welcome to come along and find out about the club (juniors should be supervised at all times by parents or guardians). Rackets will be provided to those who require them. The events are free of charge and we only ask the players wear suitable trainers. Refreshments will be available. All young players with an interest in tennis regardless of experience are welcome.

Come along and see the facilities on offer. Chat with members and coaches. We are also holding a fun tennis tournament for Adults. There is no entrance fee to the competition but places will be limited so please sign up early. For an entrance form please contact our coach Carol at .
